SBD, you posted it, so, you should know, it's a BIOGRAPHY, not a RESUME, dumbass. Your ignorance knows no bounds, does it? Check out the difference, it's in the Bible.

I think it is great that Obama has such a great military resource. Is there any law that says the President must serve in the military? No, there isn't. I know many of our presidents did serve in the military but if you think about the times in which they lived, America was at war alot of the time. The president like Wilford said.. is the Commander in Chief, over all 3 branches of government, he needs strong leaders in each branch in order to do his job. Do you think the CEO of a company knows every detail about the company? Get over his resume, what does it matter now? He is the leader of the United States and that is a position to be respected--key word United States---by tearing down our leaders you are trying to separate Americans. We need to stand together to support and pray for all our leaders....that is biblical...please tell me where I can find the definition of biography and resume in the bible, I would like to read it. Because I am not sure what you have posted here; looks more like a resume, than the story of someone's life. I am also curious why listing the birthplace of the president was relevant but not relevant for McChrystal? If you have concerns about America, send Obama a letter or e-mail. Remember, his re-employment is based on his job performance.

Tinsel Town, good post, and if you were replying mine, my reference to biography vs resume is in reply to SBD's posting of, what he, hinself, calls McChrystal's BIOGRAPHY. When I pointed out the General's cover up of Army Ranger Pat Tillman's death by friendly fire, he, as usual, with this crowd, changed course and wanted to call it a RESUME. A biography would include ALL things, good and bad, in a person's life. A resume might leave out the negative aspects, such as, for instance, being fired from a persons last job for embezzlement. And, of course, the definitions are not in in Bible. I was being sarcastic. That's what this bunch of hypocrites do when they try to make a point, bring up the Bible. Also, you are dead on when you said some people want to tear down and separate. That's what they do, EXACTLY!!! By their own admission, they hope and pray this president fails. Why? For political reasons, naturally. They actually think, if President Obama fails, Sarah Palin will rise up from the ashes and save us all!!!

FED UP, I'm sorry I missed the sarcasim but I get what you are saying. I just don't get the disrespect shown to this or any president. Once the elections are over all our leaders, town, city, county, state and country should be doing all they can for the people they are serving. The people should be doing all they can to show their respect and support of these leaders and if there is a problem they should be calling or writing or e-mailing them with their concerns. Really, some senators are in their 80's and still get re-elected. If they aren't doing their job, vote them out.

Fed up..posted, in part.. "By their own admission, they hope and pray this president fails." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ But what of Democrats who rooted against the success of George W. Bush?
"Would you say you want President Bush to succeed or not?" asked an August 2006 Fox News/Opinion Dynamics poll. The result? Ninety percent of Republicans wanted Bush to succeed, versus 7 percent who did not. Among independents, 63 percent wanted the President to succeed, compared with 34 percent who did not. What about Democrats? Forty percent wanted him to succeed, but 51 percent did not.
