As i sead on a different thread. It seems like the all cash biznes in the gulf may be given a gift. To get damages from BP you show residence and a tax return for the compensation. Some fisherman dont have the tax return and are quite possibly going to get compensated for there loss.

I know my views is they should get nothing and like it. On the other hand why not prosecute thows who say they are owed but cant produce tax return. Little known story. Wonder why the press isent talking about it more. Shoor cant hit a man when he is down. Cant you define them as criminals? Why cant you hit a criminal when hes down?
