Jesus died over 2000 years ago.Nobody has ever referred to him as the late Jesus,Not even the heathens.No where in history has He been referred to in past tense!He is the Living God!

Using your logic:
Christians refer to Jesus' next arrival as the "second coming." Jesus has already arrived twice; once at birth, once after the resurrection. So this means hes already came the second time so he won't be coming again! Biblical prophesy has already been fulfilled. Sorry Christians. It's only a story anyway.
