found out last week that my child has head lice. does anyone know the best solution to get rid of them?

I could be wrong, but I thought I saw the shampoo in the dollar store. I think it is called Rid.

I was thinking it was Rid-X but that's for your septic system LOL. I feel dumb as *hit now.

Dear Mom-You need to wash bedding and all clothing in HOT water. Make sure you clean all combs and brushes and no sharing them. Some old remedies are mayonnaise and ammonia. Look it up on the web and probably has more details. They are hard to get rid of but you can do it will some work. Good luck,

Oh no Michele you are right. The lice killing shampoo is called Rid. Rid-X is for the septic. But if the Rid-X can breakdown the household waste with beneficial bacteria and enzymes maybe it can work on lice too lol.
